Machine design advantage

① Overall box structure design ensures that the mold is uniformly stressed and less deformation, to make the service life of mold longer.

② The optimized ejector structure design based on PET preform processing, has a bigger ejector force, and faster ejector speed.

③ Injection unit adopts high precision double liner guide, friction rate lower, resistance force lower on injection and plasticization, faster injection and faster cycle time.

④ High efficiency servo motor and imported gear pump system, energy saving up to 20%-50%and the lower noise.

Mold dehumidification drying system

① The dehumidifier of cold air mold USES high efficiency heat exchanger to exchange heat between the inlet air and cold water to reduce the dew point of the inlet air temperature, and then the output temperature is 2~24℃. Mainly used in plastic molding, especially plastic bag cooling, bag blowing machine wind cool finalize the design, mold dehumidification, prevent mold condensation and other occasions.  

Chiller system

① Refrigeration system high, low-pressure protection, over heating fuse plug protection, safely valve protection.

② The compressor overload soft, hard double protection, fan can be automatically adjust according to the environment temperature.

E-Charging

① The traditional injection molding machine is driven by a group of power sources, and each action of the injection molding machine can only be completed in sequence. The servo electric charging injection molding machine is driven by an independent servo motor, which can realize the synchronous charging of the injection molding machine in the process of opening and closing the mold and pushing the needle, and greatly shorten the molding cycle

② Servo electric charging injection molding machine directly driven by the reducer screw rotation, speed is more stable, the efficiency of the reducer is more than 95%, while the traditional injection molding machine due to the hydraulic rotation process, due to the need for two energy conversion, pressure loss and volume loss, the total efficiency is usually only 75%-80%

③ Because of avoiding the objective factors of pressure loss and leakage of traditional hydraulic injection molding machine, the energy consumption of servo electric charging is only about 70% of that of hydraulic charging.
